This issue is resolved and this is what was reported to us: There is an issue with BM&F's instrument service.
There was a further delay due to an additional restart that was needed of the Open Feed processing that was needed because the new instruments were still not getting sent. We have told our data provider Barchart about this. Our recommendation is to find an alternative for BMF. Clearly there is just too much trouble with this data feed from Barchart.

Our data provider says they are working on a new source for BMF data so hopefully the problem will just get resolved that way.
