For some reason, my charts and T&S data are showing delayed quotes. I have real-time Denali feed. Can you help point me inproper direction?

You only have active the CBOT exchange. So you probably are referring to a symbol that is not on the CBOT exchange. How did that happen? For months Ihave only paid for CME, not CBOT. $46 for CME, I declined the $111for CBOT. How do we correct that mistake?
