Can I setup specific share size for each symbol? Example TSLA trade amount 300 shares, NFLX 1000 shares, AAPL 500 shares When I load a chart with a specific symbol it loads the user specified share size, without me having to change it each time in the top left corner of chart for different symbols. |

Yes, refer to the Default Order Quantity setting in the Global Symbol Settings here: Global Symbol Settings: Symbol Settings Also, keep in mind that if you change the quantity for a chart, that quantity will be saved when you close the Chartbook and reopen it. Thanks for the quick response. Can a control bar be set up for share size, a button for each quantity? i.e. 100, 200, 300, etc...

Once again thanks for the quick response. Can the "Scale Increment" and the "Horizontal Grid Line Increment" be specific to individual symbols?

To the extent they are set on a chart for a particular symbol, this is the case. But if you are changing the symbol of a chart, these are not going to change.

Is there anyway to have quicker access to "Scale Increment" and the "Horizontal Grid Line Increment" in the Chart Settings? Can it be linked to a control bar so you can have buttons to quickly change the values. Say buttons going from .50, 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 etc with an option to link the "Scale Increment" and the "Horizontal Grid Line Increment" so they use the same values. Example: If I am looking at the NQ futures I like a 10 point scale for both of the increments, but if you switch to a $10.00 stock the bars/data don't have much context until you re-adjust the scale increment down to 1 or .5 I know you can leave it at "0" and it auto adjusts but I like to control the grid lines because I can quickly determine the price movement i.e. 10 points between grid lines on NQ = $200.00 per contract. |
