The three core Cumulative Delta studies (Volume, Up/Down Tick Volume, and Trades) are not working in a recent version (v2131 64-bit 32140M). They are currently working in a deprecated version (2048 64-bit 29933M). I can post pictures of both if necessary. Please advise. Thanks. |

We are not seeing any issues with the Cumulative Delta Bar studies on the current version. The issue must be related to the data feed you are using which is Transact. Please give us an image of what you are seeing when you add these studies to the chart. Yes, it was actually a Custom Chart study that was causing the underlying data fields from the Transact feed not to be maintained properly for the chart, when used in v2131. Thank you. --- While troubleshooting, I did notice an unrelated artifact of the Transact feed, with regard to the QuoteBoard fields, as the daily OHLC data was not recovered when the data feed was interrupted or reset during a session, in v2131. The QuoteBoard would start repopulating the OHLC data anew as though a new session was started, with skewed results for the OHLC data, and calculated fields such as the Daily Range, Daily Change, and Percent From Low as a result. Again this behavior was not present in v2048, where the QuoteBoard worked as expected, recovering the daily OHLC data, and maintaining it for the remainder of the session, updating it as needed. Is it possible to take a fresh look at this, and implement a solution that won't require Transact users to migrate to another feed, (or to keep using a deprecated version) just to have a properly working QuoteBoard going forward? Please advise. P.S. I'm aware that this may be a billable request to get the QuoteBoard fix done. |

Although it wasn't mentioned in the user notes, this issue was quietly addressed in v2075. I can confirm that the QuoteBoard is now working properly for Transact users, as intended, when the appropriate instructions are applied as given above. Thank you. |
