Unable to place trade in Instance #2, & #3.

I have just set up charts in Instance #2 and #3 on my platform. I find that when I try to place a trade it is not accepted. I need some help in how to resolve this. Here is my message log. It appears that this instance is not connected to the trade account as my Instance #1 is. Can you please give me directions on this?
