I don't get live market data on my evaluator account (ESU20 Denali data feed, see attached image for the error message). On my live account the data feed is working fine (ESU20_FUT_CME). Could you please help me fix this problem?

Exchanges are activated through my AMP Futures live account, at least this is how it used to be. Has this changed? Please advise.
