I downloaded the most current SierraChartFileDownloader.exe program and run it as Administrator. I getting a warning user Account Control message that I answer Yes to. Then the screen flashes and returns to where I started. I am running this in a Windows 10 Pro pc with Jigsaw and Bookmap running. I have tried closing the apps and upgrading but get the same result. What do I need to do to upgrade.
