Chart Value/Cross hair tool distracting flash

I just reformatted my PC and reinstalled Sierra Chart. I'm not sure if this was always the case but when I move the cross hair up and down, the cross hair lines and numbers on the y-axis flash with each movement. Like it's redrawing itself with each change. This is in contrast to the chart on the IB TWS software which has a really smooth cross hair movement. Any suggestions to make it smoother or not flash? Thanks.

If you are using the OpenGL option, then disable it and see if that helps: Graphics Settings: Use OpenGL for Chart Graphics (Global Settings >> Graphics Settings >> Other) Otherwise, this cannot be made better in your particular case. What you are describing should not be the case and if you are noticing this, this would be system specific or perhaps could be due to the CPU load within Sierra Chart.
