Request for row-based signal once per bar fuction for spreadsheet system

Hi, I was wondering if you have thought of, or had any requests for, a function that would signal once per bar per row to allow you to have an entry and exit on a bar, while preventing you from having multiple entries in the same direction on a bar. I.e. if you have an indicator that flips from true to false to true again. Where it would help the most is if you set your system to allow multiple entries in one direction, but only want it to enter or exit once on a bar, without needing it to evaluate the signals only on the bar close.
