Not able to download historical data in my free trial account

Hello, I have just activated my free trial account. The option of download data in historical chart is disabled in my account. Although, it is written in the documentation that free trial account will be able to access historical data. Kindly revert in case of further concerns. Awaiting your response. Thanks. |

Follow the instructions here to clear the Message Log: Message Log: Clearing the Message Log Fully re-download the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >>Delete All Data and Download".
