Stop and target attached order disappear after log off

Hi, I realized my stop and target attached orders disappeared after I log off, leaving me with open naked position overnight. The feature of "server side bracket order" is enabled. How can I prevent this from happening again? Did I miss anything? Thanks |

No this is very unlikely to actually be true. We do need to explain this more clear to users. What you are seeing is related to the multiple server configuration for the Sierra Chart Order Routing Service where each server works independent from each other. The Target and Stop orders are still safely working and you will see them when the parent order fills. They are on the server that they were submitted to.
