I there is 3 day that i have lot of bug on some chart for xbt usd bitmex ,some of them the candlesick price are displayed but there is a big bug on the scale , the prices aren't displayed ,i can't reset it i cant moove it it's locked, on some of them nothing appear. in the screen you can see the same chart in the second one i just try to go to the right until the actual price and all disapear. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1592958226771.png http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1592958274868.png Maybe it's because of that http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=159295835271.png it's a market profile and at the right you can see un big wick green, it go until the price 0 , maybe this is where the bug come from. I think maybe you should concider the screen shot of the market profile for 21 june that i send you , and you can see in this screenshot of a dayli chart , that there is un probleme since the 21 june, there is not the candlestick for the 22 and 23 june. http://www.sierrachart.com/image.php?Image=1592976937677.png |

Re-download the Intraday data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. If that does not help, then create a new chart. There must be something unknown wrong with that chart regarding settings, or studies. We cannot reproduce this issue. The data is on the server.
