I currently have an account through Emoji Ltd for Sierra Charts I want to get a direct account with Sierra Charts and cancel my subscription with Emoji I tried to follow the instructions you gave but I am confused because there are three account names attached to my email. Two of them are expired. One of them is the current account with Emoji. You said that in oreder to create an account I should not use the name with the vendor that i am using Can you please tell me what is hould od next to open a direct account with you and how much the cost of the platform is ?
