Reconnect to the data feed: File Menu: Procedure to Reconnect to the Data and Trade Servers And then re-download the data: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

I did this and it briefly showed the correct data and then went back to showing what it did before.

Okay, we apologize for this. We did not pay close enough attention to it. This is now resolved. Follow the instructions here to update the Symbol Settings: Global Symbol Settings: Update Global Symbol Settings After this: Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download".
