Cannot download charts

Hi, When I try to download the charts I don't get the option to 'save to' desktop. the download goes into download exe file. When I open it it is just a load of text and no charts. I am using pc windows 7 and 64 bit. Many thanks for help Angela |

This is resolved. Not sure why this was happening and the browsers were detecting the installer as a text file but we have implemented a solution.
