A new problem has developed with the x axis time scale. Please see the image. It is a 15 minute chart. 245 is shown twice on the chart. There are bunch of zeros on the x axis. There are extra bars

For the record you are using TD Ameritrade and Interactive Brokers data. Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart. Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support. Other responses are from users. Same issue happening with "some" of my charts, and I am using CQG, and version 2204. Zeros on the time axis, displays correctly when I switch the time frame, but switches instantly to displaying zeros. Tried the "Delete All Data and Download" several times with no success.

This has typically been cause by a custom study that has not been properly updated for the changes in Date/Time variables. Run Sierra Chart in Safe Mode and see if it resolves the problem. If it does, then it is a custom study that you are using that is causing the issue. You will have to go through and find the particular study. Refer to the first bullet point in the following link regarding the need to update the custom studies: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/Whats_New.php#SCVer2156 For the most reliable, advanced, and zero cost futures order routing, use the Teton service: Sierra Chart Teton Futures Order Routing |

Thank you. I identified the custom study, and the problem was resolved once it was removed.
