I am a new customer through Streetwise, and the Sierra software down loader has an error message, and stopped the download. Please would you help. Many Thanks, Ian

For reasons which are not completely clear there is a problem with the folders being used for installation. This is one of the lines that we see: \\STATUS-NAS\Ian\Downloads\:\SierraChart\DownloadedInstallationFiles\ACS_Source\ Clearly you are trying to install to a location that the operating system is generating errors for. We recommend installing into a folder path like: D:\SierraChart But at this point we recommend just using the ZIP installer: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer And install into C:\SierraChart Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
