Custom Trail Stop - Two Step Trail to BE

I need a stop that moves to breakeven in two fixed steps, then stays there and doesn't continue to trail. ie initial at -12, at +6 move to -6, at +12 move to breakeven/0. How can I set this up?

one thing you can do is this: use the step trailing stop, and at the same time set 12 < target < 18.
