Hello Sir We are new in Sierra chart, we have register a demo account to check the feature of software.we really like it however we found a data chart error as per our strategy. we have explained in the attached screenshots. we have tried to eliminate weekend data , change session times & timezones nothing seems to work. please look into it as we looking to go live with sierra. Is there is anyway we can count the number of bars between two lows , two highs or two highs lows Thanks |

Hello Sir we able to figure out the problem .the option dont load weekend data doesn't seem to be working. Attaching two screenshots 1st charts is 10Days chart 2nd chart is 10 days chart converted into minutes that is 14400 minutes. both the charts are technically same 10 day charts ,they should be making same number of bars between high and lows. which is not the case. Hello Sir We read the documentation carefully and implemented it.It appears the problem is not with the weekend data setting.It seems to be working fine. We found the problem in the custom period script. Attaching Four charts 1. 1d chart 2. 1440m chart 3. 2d chart 4. 2880m chart Chart 1 and 2 are the same. Problem starts with chart number 4. 2880 minutes makes 48hours(2days).But the script is not forming 2880 minute candles. As the number of bars are way more than 2d chart. *****ALL OTHER SETTING WERE THE SAME AS 1440M CHART****** ****Hence the script Error**** "We cannot provide further help with this."
