Historical Data Download failure just on /ES chart

These past 2 days I have tried to load, and work thru the prior suggestions for similiar issues in the support board for my problem (disconnect from data, delete scid file, reconnect, reload) and tried port 80 to download. Nothing works. I use a quoteboard linked to my chart and the other symbols load just fine. Only /ES fails to load. Please help me? Thank you. It seems like the dates for the chart settings get deleted only when I try to load /ES chart. I try to enter new ones. It will allow me to enter the first (from) but won't allow me to enter anything in the second (thru). Error message follows. The intraday data file has been corrupted.You need to delete the ESU20 Intraday data file following the instructions here: Chart Data and Chart Data Files: Deleting a Chart Data File You can then reopen the chart or Chartbook for it.
