error message and freezing SC

from time to time I got the attached error message into Message Log and after that my SC becomes non usable unable to click on anything hearing sound like a window with message prompt me and I am unable to click since I do not see it. the only solution is to kill from task manager SierraChart_64.exe process and to start over :((
