Dear Support, First the basics: I am using Windows 10 64-bit build 1909 )OS Build 18363.900) My Sierra Chart version is 2123 64-bit (31804M). I have attached images of the custom footprint charts. The issue is this: If you reference 17 June 2020 at around 04:21:40 you will see many 0's on the buy and sell side and some 18's and 64's. These values are incredibly unlikely and in fact are incorrect as I have compared with someone else who is also using the same chart. However, there are others in my trading group, like me, who are seeing the same incorrect values as I am. I have uninstalled and reinstalled Sierra multiple times. I have downloaded the original chartbook from which the chart originally came. I have tried a previous version of Sierra in which it worked for my friend. I have also attached the CORRECT version of the chart on my friend's machine as an image. Update after writing this message: We did find a solution and that was to change the Intraday Data Storage Time Unit to 1 Tick instead of 1 second in Data/Trade Service Settings. Can you please advise as to what may be happening here? Thanks Gary Brewer |

The Numbers Bars study requires tick by tick data in order to be accurate. This is stated in Step #2 of the documentation here: Numbers Bars: Step-By-Step Instructions There is also the Input option to require 1 tick data, which you could then set as the default for your study so that this does not happen in the future. Refer to the information here: Numbers Bars: Require 1 Tick Intraday Data Storage Time And refer to the following for how to set this as a default for your study: Chart Studies: Using Custom Default Study Settings Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
