SierraChart AMP Futures Rithmic cant connect. Rim files replaced still doesnt work

Hello, i have a new datafeed rithmic via AMP futures and it wont connect. I wasnt able to connect before and was able to sign-in via R-Trader and agreed the terms. A supporter of AMP futures was on my PC checking and said that usually it should help for teir customers and due this method didnt work on me i should contact you. I attached a screenshot of the log-file. (See attachments) Kind Regards |
