Sierra Chart New account activation confusion

I believe the system may have confused with another account. Please review my account information as it has been updated with my name address and phone number I created this sierra chart account on 6-16-2020 shortly after I finished my forex training, my email and name have never been associated with sierra chart yet its saying that I cant receive the free trial due to having used the 15 day free trial already?

Your account has been activated and the usage time extended if necessary. If Sierra Chart is running, it will automatically be activated within about three minutes. However, you may need to exit from the Sierra Chart charting and trading software by selecting "File >> Exit". And then open Sierra Chart through the icon on your desktop or through the desktop Start menu.
