I added $50 to my service balance and paid for package 5 but my account won't activate until 7-18-20. I intended to renew my account now (6-17-20) not for it to auto-renew 31 days from now. I must've made an error. Can you push up my renewal date from 7-18-20 to the current date? Thank you.

You are fine. July 18, 2020 is the ENDING date for your usage time, not the starting date. If you go to your Account Control Panel (on Sierra Chart Website select "Support >> Account Control Panel") you will see in your Account Details an entry for "Current Usage Time Ending Date:". Right now, for you this has the following: "2020-07-18 23:59:59 UTC 32 Days". Thank you. Actually, I understand what I did wrong. I forgot that I have TWO accounts with SC and I activated the wrong one by accident while the other had a $0 balance. This confused me. All good I'll just use the one that's active. Thanks for the prompt reply.
