Trade DOM Symbol Display Problem

Dear support, Can you please check the attached video? I have changed the symbol of the DOM to a new product KC 2020 September expiration (it has not opened yet for trading today). When I right-click and select Auto Scale Chart DOM, the DOM temporarily displays the depth and name of another symbols (randomly Bund and Fesx) - symbols that I have previously displayed on this DOM. Then it automatically switches back to the contract that is currently selected. I'm using SC's realtime data, upgraded to v2123 today. Can you please advise how to fix this? |

Are you running OpenGL? Please disable that and see if that goes away. It seems like there is some issue involving graphics from one Trading DOM displaying on another. Otherwise, we need to figure out why this is happening. But it is purely just a graphics display only issue. It is not anything more serious than that.
