Trade Activity Log not showing any trades and chart trade fills disappearing

Hi - 10yr Sierra Chart user with TransAct. Upgraded from v2032 to v2120 yesterday, now trade activity log shows no trades, orders, fills, nothing. I use chart trade via trade DOM for execution. The fills showed up on the chart, but not on the activity log, but when I rebooted SC the fills that had showed on the chart were gone. I've gone over every support ticket in your archives re trade activity log, but can't fix it. Also, when I pull up trade activity log and press the APPLY button, an error log comes up that states "Trade Activity file unexpected condition. Did not find FIELD_CODE_BEGIN_RECORD when expected. Field code read: 0. C:\SierraChartTransActMA\TradeActivityLogs\TradeActivityLog_2020_06_16_UTC. None.data"
thanks in advance for your help - have worked about 4 hours trying to get this resolved. FYI yes I've made sure things such as "disable stats/disable trade activity log" boxes aren't checked.
So - why isn't trade activity log showing anything and an error log popping up and why are the fills that were appearing on my chart disappearing after I reboot? Thanks! (one postscript: the trade activity log works perfectly in SIM mode, just not live trade mode)
