If the instances of Sierra Chart are on the same computer, then you do not need to pay for any additional data connections. If the instances are on different computers, then you would need to pay for an additional exchange fee as part of your Denali Exchange Data Feed. It is just the exchange fee that is doubled. And you are only able to use the same CME Exchange. If this is your setup and you want to activate the additional CME Exchange, then let us know. We can help with that. So I would pay for 1 Denali exchange fee and 2 CME fee's and be able to have it working simultaneously on my laptop and desk top?

You can activate the 2nd system for CME here: https://www.sierrachart.com/UserControlPanel.php?page=DenaliDataFeed To change Exchange options, you would first need to deactivate the exchanges that you do not want to renew. You will have the option to activate the new exchange option now and get charged for the current month, or wait until the start of the next month to activate it. Sierra Chart Support |
