We did try calling last night but got voicemail. We want you to use the Zip installer: Software Download: Sierra Chart Zip Installer There is a zip file for version 2021 now. We added that: https://www.sierrachart.com/downloads/ZipFiles/SierraChart2021.zip And for the record, no one has ever encountered the problems you have, with the Sierra Chart installer. So this is not making any sense to us to begin with. Also, we are very surprised you are still able to connect to Ameritrade and based upon what we have heard from them, you should have already been disconnected and if not now, it is certainly going to be in the next 10 days as we understand. So really all of this effort is not making much sense to us. Anyway, our position at this point, is that we are not providing further help. Hello, I appreciate your help. Your software is excellent. Here is the main long term issue. I have over 500 symbols categorized in various quote sheets. I trade primarily with Ib. However Ib has symbol limits, api throttling limits, data is sampled every 259 ms and so on. The point is that Ib has numerous issues. Trading is a business and it is important to keep the cost low. Ameritrade works great because it has none of the limitations of IB. What do you suggest? Do you interface with any other stock broker? What are your plans to support stock traders? |
