I recently upgraded from an older laptop with Windows 8 to a new desktop with Windows 10. I’m running the same two 2k monitors on the new desktop that I had running off the laptop. I changed over my Sierra Chart settings per the help article, but ran into graphical problems with all chartbooks. Basically, it looks like a really zoomed in version of my saved chartbook. I changed the font size to compensate, but it’s clearly zoomed in as it only shows the upper left corner of my chartbook, most of the charts are offscreen, and all the lines and drawings appear much thicker (and that’s on the smallest setting). I’ve been unable to locate an answer and would appreciate any help as the thickness of the lines and drawings now renders my chartbooks busy and unusable. From what I can tell, this problem seems to be affecting Sierra Chart only. I can provide pictures of before and after if necessary. Thanks. |
