I want to upgrade to service package 5 but I see this message when I try to Not available for your account type, as it is associated with a reseller. For your account, Service Package activation and deactivation is controlled by a reseller for your account. Your current Service Package is 3 with an ending date of 2020-06-30. - Do I have to contact my broker to switch it or is this something that can be done on your end? |

Yes you do need to contact your broker to make this Sierra Chart service package change since it is obtained through them.
