Hi Is it possible to set alerts (for autotrading study) that take profit when X ATR above the fill price? So a simple example... If MACD crosses, enter position. If last price is 3 ATR higher than entry then take profit. I can easily use the SuperTrend stop to exit stops, but often this moves too far back on me and turns into a loss. So I either need a way to remember the fill price (refer to it in the alert) OR i need a way to look back for the last MACD crossover. Thanks Matt |

Maybe this should be a study request. Name: "ATR Trade Manager" Input: ATR Length, Stop loss ATR, Profit take ATR So inputs could be, 14, 1, 3 for example (14 period ATR, with a 1:3 Risk/Reward) Then the study would continuously compare the "last price" with "average open price". So if your position is 3 contracts, it would take the average you paid for them 3 contracts and base the ATR P/L from that price. Thank you! |

I think I figured it out! I just found the "trading average position price" study. Think I can fix it from here. Thanks! Matt |
