try: Global Trade Settings Windows: General Trade Settings Menu >> Global Settings >> General Trade Settings note If you don't hear alerts then check this: Globally Mute Alert Sounds To globally mute (prevent from playing) all alert sounds, check the menu option Global Settings >> Mute All Alert Sounds.
