I respect your decision, you are by far the best platform. I assume very many customers - you can afford it. I understand also the reasons and the endless fight and wasted time with the above. Many people here deal with who is right ... for me this is not important. I want Sierrachart so I have to follow your rules. Request: It would be appropriate to have the opposite general list of services - fully recommended and guaranteed services... for example, where the end of cooperation with them is not expected in the near future. Where is the good communication of your people with them. I am an IB customer, so my question for the future. So where to go / to what service....?
