Hello, Intraday charts are not showing times at any time frame. Every time mark shows as 0:00. Message log shows mesage: ESM20 1 Min #7 | Out of order timestamps detected. Chart tool drawings and some chart studies may not function properly. Prior Date Time: 0-00-00 00:00:00. Next Bar Date Time: 0-00-00 00:00:00. Hello, Problem is only for Futures charts/data. Equities chart print times (x axis) correctly. ES prices shows but no time data (all times are 0:00.) No data at all for YM. Thank You |

Re-download all the data in the chart by going to the chart and selecting "Edit >> Delete All Data and Download". You just need to do this once per symbol and not for each chart.

Hello, Charts working now, however, no real time data (intraday not updating) when using SC data services. I performed the usual connect to trading service and switch back to SC data to no avail. If I connect to my trading service and use their symbol charts do update. Thank You |
