This fixes the update by downloading the user contributed studies package again Sierra Chart Engineering
Custom DLL StudyThe easiest solution to this is to update Sierra Chart to the very latest prerelease 2111 to get the updated UserContributedStudies file automatically. Instructions: Software Download: Fast Update Sierra Chart Engineering
Latest SC version - doesn't like user contributed study | Post: 217184
We want you to install Sierra Chart again following the instructions here: Software Download: Fast Update And enable the Install Optional Components on the Installer window to get the updated DLL. You may need to remove the studies from the chart and add them again: How to Use an Advanced Custom Study or a Study Collection Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-06-03 14:41:59

Hello, after trying all I can, I still get the following error message on a custum study: Warning: The Custom DLL study "rdds_64.scsf_RDDS" has just caused a CPU exception. | 2020-06-07 19:33:39.512 * Warning: This Custom DLL study may cause Sierra Chart to be unstable until you remove the study from your chart and restart Sierra Chart. | 2020-06-07 19:33:39.512 * In this study there is no old code included (Notice: Study Exceptions in New Versions and Code Efficiency) The remote build has no errors. After applying the studie, it doesn't show up or do any calculation, for any time. It just retuerns an error message. Pls help. Edit: This studie generally needs a calculation time for 15 to 60 seconds. This never had been a problem, with polinomial regression for example, that may take even more time to load. May this cause a problem or is there set a maximum limit of time anywhere? Thanks! Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-06-07 20:55:53

After applying the studie, it doesn't show up or do any calculation, for any time. It just retuerns an error message. You need to resolve this. We do not provide programming help. There is some problem with the study that you need to resolve. It is causing an exception. Refer to the debugging instructions here:Pls help.
