no other way to try to see if I have loged into transact so the cme can see if I have a live account,even if I do and I think I have their I will not know because no one in sierra will let me know , looks like the engineers would fix the problem , to send a message if the log in was good or not , so every day this is what i will do and contact the cme.as far as copying the log in sending it to sierra the log in is the same way as the copy log in instructioned
