Hi there, how long I need to wait to get an answer? please..... I have paid a full year Package5 $302.... I would like to have CBOE Ind data with it... I couldn't work out how to set it up .... please let me know how to do it... please.... best regards Robert |

I am currently using Denali with the Order Routing Service for CME Group data and would also like CBOE Indices $VVIX. Am I adding SCDF + CME Group + CBOE Indices in addition to Denali or do I do I cancel Denali? |

You need to keep the Denali Exchange Data Feed for the CME Group. You will add the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed with the CBOE Indices to your subscriptions. When you have both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed and the Denali Exchange Data Feed active in a month, you will receive a $12.00 USD credit to your account to help offset the additional cost.
