Thank you for your prompt reply. I would not know if there were changes at Rithmic. Since this morning I cannot connect, I still cannot connect. I read that Sierrachart was discontinuing the Rithmic service since December, so I was lead to think I should find a new data feed. At the same time, in other posts on the Sierrachart forum, I read that the service was still on but they wouldnt update future instances of Sierrachart to support Rithmic. At his point, what should I do? Please help. Regards |

Thank for your reply. Yes, I only trade CL and NG. I would not change Sierra Chart with anything else as it has been so many years I have been using it and I must say it is the best platform for my needs I have ever tried. So I was wondering if I had to change my data feed, that is why I was trying to go through this Denali settings, which I was unaware of. Unfortunately, my trading account, which I have it with ADMIS, does not show up once I set the data feed and the charts are live, with the [M] next to the symbol. I will follow the link you provided and get back on this board. Thank you for your time. Regards. |

Well if you are with ADMIS and want to stay then you would need to use CQG: CQG Trading Platform Service If you want to use the Sierra Chart order routing service: Sierra Chart / Trading Technologies Futures Order Routing Service you will need to use a different clearing firm. Thank you for your reply So, the files you provided to fix the connection with Rithmic are working and so far so good. As far as I understand I should be able to continue to use Sierra Chart for a while. Yes, in the exchange I had through an Account Support Ticket, I was made aware of the fact that ADMIS unfortunately does not support TT, so I would be unable to use SC Order Routing Service. It goes without saying that at this point I should seriously consider the hypothesis to switch to a different clearing firm in the near future. A proposal: why does Sierra Chart not open its own clearing firm, so you would offer a comprehensive package: clearing firm, data feed and trading platform? Thank you for your time. Regards |

We definitely will not be getting involved in the clearing business. This is a competitive regulated area. And we have to maintain a position of neutrality, and maintain good relationships with the firms that which we work with.
