Hello, I contacted my broker AMP futures and have switched from Rithmic to Denali. I have signed the required documents for the Denali service. I followed the setup instructions on the Denali data feed, I did not have to enter a user name or password to connect to the data. As of right now, my DOM shows that my account is unset and I am not receiving data please advise. |

You need to contact AMP to finish the setup for the Denali Exchange Data Feed for you. This has not been completed yet.

I have contacted amp. They said the data feed has been set-up. I went into chart settings and updated the symbol for Sierra. I used the (real-time) Cme option. I selected the Micro E-Mini. I am getting data, on the top of the chart it says that it is delayed. The dom says unset.

Disregard the prior answers in this thread. They are not correct. Your account has been marked as a professional and that is why the data feed was disabled. Do not contact your broker about this. We will get back to you. The other problem is Sierra Chart is not set to use the Sierra Chart Order Routing service. Followed all the steps. It still says delayed. But whats on print is current verified by two other traders. When I hit short just now, it gave positive slippage, and when I got out it showed that I lost 3 ticks. Why does it say delayed and why isn't it calculating correctly? This is starting to become really annoying.

AMP did not activate any Denali data feed exchanges for your account so you are getting delayed data. Could you contact them about that. We cannot do that for them.
