Hi I am using my 15 day demo account. I registered with Sierrachart through AMP and received the CQG username and PQW details but unfortunately these dont work and AMP have informed the CQG demo is no longer available. MNy questions are: 1. What demo data feed can I use directly with Sierrachart to receive real time non-delayed Eurex Data? 2. Same for CME? 3. Once the demo period has expired how do i purchase the relevant data feeds directly with Sierrachart? Thank you |

In the Activate Services section there's not an option to choose the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed, only the Denali. How can this be done if I want Eurex data? |

For CME data, use the Delayed Exchange Data Feed: Delayed Exchange Data Feed For testing and evaluation purposes that is more than sufficient: Delayed Exchange Data Feed: Using Delayed Data to Evaluate Performance For EUREX data we do not yet offer a delayed data feed but will later in the year. If you want real-time data for the EUREX you need to use the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed: https://www.sierrachart.com/index.php?page=doc/SierraChartRealTimeFuturesStockDataFeed.php#SetupInstructions For real-time data for the CME data you need to use the Denali Exchange Data Feed: Denali Exchange Data Feed: *Setup Instructions: CME/CBOT/NYMEX/COMEX Exchanges* When using both the Sierra Chart Exchange Data Feed (for EUREX) and the Denali Exchange Data Feed (for CME). Any month in which you have both activated we will give you a credit to your account of $12.00 USD.
