Hello, I use Sierra chart package 5 through Transact Futures. Tonight Sierra Chart would not allow me to access package 5 it thought I have package 3. I pay Transact Futures for package 5 and they have me subscribed to package 5. Why won't Sierra Chart allow me access to package 5. I have been with Transact for about a year w/out issue.
