Hi Both my Sierra charts & Jigsaw DOM were working ok until Friday using my Rithmic datafeed. Today I can only connect to Rithmic data feed on my Jigsaw DOM but not Sierra charts. I talked to my broker Amp, I have 2 datafeeds still enabled with Rithmic & they got me to test connect to Rtrader which was successful. Attached are the error logs from Sierra. Can you please help as I cannot trade without my charts. |
