I am using the Standard Version of Sierra Charts and support documentation indicates I should have the ability to use the Historical Chart for commodities. The Historical feature works along with my data provider when I am using ES. However, I am trying to open some grain charts (CBOT) and the daily, weekly, etc does not show any bars in the chart. If I try to download intraday times (like a 5 minute chart), the bars show up in the chart. Any suggestions as to why I cannot get the bars to appear for the daily data? Thanks in advance. I am not sure if you are going to charge me for this question.
