Hi Good afternoon, I recently opened an account with AMP and paid for the Sierra chart package 5 with Denali data feed. However, I am unable to activate the feed. Each time a try to activate the feed, a payment screen comes up. Please help me to resolve this issue. Thank you |

You are setup to pay the Denali Data Feed through AMP along with the Sierra Chart software. Therefore, you need to contact AMP to get them to finish the setup for the Denali feed for you.
