I have a number of intraday charts utilizing the "Use Number of Days to Load" option with a setting of 1 day (in a few cases it's set for 5 days). For some reason, those charts are downloading 6 months of data in order to load that small amount of days into the chart. I'm puzzled that I have to download 1 - 2 Gb of data for 1 day of intraday data. Am I not understanding something about how chart data works? I didn't know exactly what to look for in the help docs, but I'd appreciate if you can direct me to anything that would help me understand what I'm missing. Thank you. |
