Hi, I downloaded SC latest version (version: 2109, 64 bit), my broker is Interactive Brokers. My problem is the actual position line NOT appears in the chart and the trade window does not work. This is in the earliest version (1881) is OK. The instrument is SP500 CFD (IBUS500-CFD-SMART-USD-BAAVG). The position appears in the "Trade position window" corretly. Can you solve this issue? Thank you for your support. |

We apologize for the delay. Therefore, set the Trade and Current Quote Symbol setting for the chart to that exact symbol that you see on the Positions Window: Chart Settings: Trade and Current Quote Symbol (text box) (Chart >> Chart Settings >> Symbol >> Symbol menu) Sierra Chart Support - Engineering Level Your definitive source for support.
