The log message was sent for you to review. I don't know what to do to connect and get sierra charts working on my new computer. I have been using sierra charts for years and connecting to the rithmic server, which I know you will no longer support, but you said you will support previous users until 12/2020 I have done the message describe below numerous times and it's still not connecting the DTC bridge. I don't know what to do to get sierra charts working on my new computer Connection error message from service: Rithmic Trading | Error Running DTC server program C:\SierraChart\Rim\DTCBridge.exe. Note: Rithmic bridge needs installing. To install select 'Help>>Download Current Version'. On the installer enable 'Install Optional Components' |

You need the Rithmic bridge files and we have posted them here: Rithmic Bridge Files and Updated TLS Certificate Files Needed for June 1, 2020 and Onward The files are not included in newer versions so that Rithmic is not being used by new users so there is not a detrimental reliance on it being available longer term.
