Hi there, is there any way to do this currently (I have attached a screenshot showing what I mean)? If not, can you please add this mode in a next update? Thanks https://ibb.co/vVTx7Cn |

This is supported with the options in the Volume by Price study. Just be sure the Volume Bar Calculation Method is set to Total Volume, then set the Bid and Ask Volume Coloring Method to Difference of Bid and Ask Volume Coloring. @Sierra Chart Engineering Hi, thanks for replying. I already tried that, it is not the same thing as what I suggested. The Bid and Ask Volume Coloring Method will color the full histogram, so you donĀ“t have a visual reference of how much of that volume is buying or selling. In the picture I posted here, the volume profile will have the delta profile mode inside the total volume profile. In essence, what I suggested is having both total volume and delta volume overlaid in the Volume Bar Calculation Method. |

The issue with post #3 is the scale. Often it's not possible to see the delta as it's such a small proportion of the total volume. The ability to run the delta visualisation as a separate scale to the volume is what would make this really useful.

The request to allow scaling of the Delta volumes has been on our To-Do list. We just can't give any time frame for when we will be able to get to it.

We have added the functionality to allow for scaling of the Difference of Bid and Ask Volume Coloring when using a Volume Calculation Method of Total Volume, Bid Volume, or Ask Volume. Refer to the documentation for the 2 Inputs that control this starting here: Volume By Price Study: Draw Difference of Bid and Ask Volume Using Percent of Max Bar This change will be in the next Pre-Release (v 2137). Hello, can you please find out why the Difference of Bid and Ask Volume is displayed like this ? https://ibb.co/mRSsX9d it is hiding a big part of the Total volume low nodes. Regards, |
