I get unrealistic fills on my evaluator account. On the attached screenshot of the Trade Activity Log you can see that this is caused by an ask price that is used for the fill and which is way off. Can you help me fix this? |

This was due to an invalid price at the top of the market depth data for the ask side for ESM20. This is now corrected and we are looking into why this happened and to prevent it again. Cheers for posting mrad-2. I also got filled at that price and stopped out with a instant loss as a result. Thankfully using sim too. @Seirra, was this a trading evaluator issue or did it impact live ESM20 trading on the denali feed too? Thanks Date Time Of Last Edit: 2020-05-19 18:59:00

Data issues can never impact live trading. That is a complete impossibility. And we are going to implement a solution to this so it does not happen again. That should be done in one day.
